FAKE DATA mode

live_mode is false. Phones stay in the +1801555xxxx range. Some seed customers are opted in so area-visit demos work. STOP demos stay opted out. Inbound STOP blocks every draft. Area-visit also requires opt-in. Do not text real customers from this build.

Route planning

Defaults for new route days. {office} in the area-visit template comes from the office phone. Assumed accept is 40% unless you change it. Overfill lets Propose and confirm pass the target.

Messages reconnect runbook

Laptop sleep / Chrome kill drops pairing. SMS never auto-fires — evening batch only while awake.

  1. Open https://messages.google.com/web
  2. On phone: Messages → Device pairing → scan QR if prompted
  3. Verify last inbound is visible in the web session
  4. Resume SMS desk — Copy → paste → Mark sent
STOP / HELP SOP: on the SMS desk, paste the inbound phone and body. A body of STOP blocks every propose path for that phone (per-stop and night-before). Seed includes Priya Shah (+18015550103) as the STOP example. sms_opt_in is required for area-visit proposes. Other templates still follow STOP only.

Spillover (manual in v1)

One truck, Lindon depot, Ogden → Mona. If a stop does not fit the day, move it by hand — change the plan outside this board or leave it on a later date. v1 has no automatic spillover, no optimizer, and no second truck.

Clear / reset seed

Wipes localStorage and reloads the PR §7 fake dataset (today's route, drafts, history).

Swap seams

Data lives in browser localStorage via src/lib/store.tsx. Comments mark // swap for Supabase where Postgres + RLS should land. No secrets in repo. Not Twilio.
